CHECK-IN TIME IS 2 PM
This time applies irrespective of your arrival time, unless mentioned otherwise.
CHECK-OUT TIME IS 12 PM
This time applies irrespective of your departure time, unless mentioned otherwise. Early check in and late check out has to be paid additionally (50% or 100% of the room per night, depending on the time of your arrival or departure). Please inform the Reservation Department on your early arrival and late departure.
Early check-in
- (low season from 01.10 по 20.04) = 50% from room rate per day from 06:00 до 12:00
- (high season from 21.04 till 30.09) = 100% room rate from 06:00 till 12:00
Late check-out
- (from 01.10 по 20.04) = 50% from room rate per day from 12:00 till 18:00
- (high season from 21.04 till 30.09) = 100% from room rate per day
Late check-out from 18:00 might be paid as 100% room rate per day

CANCELATION POLICY
Your non-guaranteed reservation can be cancelled free of charge until 06:00 pm till 3 day of arrival and guaranteed reservation can be cancelled not less then 48 hours before the day of arrival of the individual guest . Please note, in case of late cancellation or «no-show» the first night will be charged to the Company or Credit Card.
FAMILY ACCOMMODATION:
The hotel is fully equipped to cater for the needs of the family guests.
